About this project
Gakuva is an open learning OS for families, self-learners, and anyone teaching outside a classroom. Open a topic and you can teach it today — free lessons and daily plans on a connected curriculum. Gakuva Family ($12/mo or $108/yr) keeps photos, notes, and attendance and exports a proof PDF when you need records.
The curriculum graph is built on Marble's open taxonomy of 1,590 micro-topics and 3,221 prerequisite links, so learners can see what came before a concept and what learning opens next. The product combines child profiles, short daily Math and Reading plans, guided lessons, attendance and day logs, work samples, and exportable portfolio records.
Built with Nuxt 4, Nuxt UI, Supabase, Three.js, and an openly licensed curriculum dependency, Gakuva is designed around a simple loop: teach, notice, save. The result is a calmer workflow where useful records emerge from the learning already happening.
