Most todo apps are good at storing text, but weak at helping with plans that involve locations, events, reminders, and context from the real world.

MoreToDo
An AI planning assistant that turns events, errands, and local plans into actionable next steps.
Case Study
From rough idea to useful product
Ceboruco designed MoreToDo around contextual tasks: event cards, map-aware prompts, reminders, and automation patterns that make a plan easier to act on.
The app reframes task management as lightweight planning support, helping people move from “I should do this” to a clear next step.
About this project
MoreToDo is a planning assistant for the small tasks that pile up around real life: places to go, events to attend, errands to remember, and the timing details that make them happen. Instead of treating todo items as plain text, it understands the context around a plan and helps turn it into something actionable.
The product direction blends task management, local discovery, maps, and automation. A user can capture something like a downtown taco festival, then get useful reminders, location context, and suggested steps without manually stitching together a calendar, notes app, and map search.
The visual system leans colorful and consumer-friendly because the product is meant to feel more like a helpful companion than a corporate checklist. The core idea is simple: make the next thing easier to do, especially when the task depends on time, place, and a little bit of context.
